God delivers Israel from slavery in Egypt by the blood of the Passover lamb.

The story

God hears the cry of His people and sends Moses to Pharaoh. After ten plagues, the Passover lamb is slain and Israel goes free. The LORD opens the Red Sea and brings them to Sinai, where He gives the Law.

What it teaches

Redemption is by the blood of the lamb. Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us.
