Get help
If you or your family are in need, you can ask for assistance here. Your request is read by a person, treated with dignity and kept confidential.
How it works
- Tell us what you need
Create a free account and complete the guided request. You can do it on a phone, and your answers are saved as you go, so you can stop and return. - Share supporting documents
Upload the documents that support your request, such as a bill or a lease. We will tell you exactly what is needed. - We review and verify
A member of our team reviews your request and checks the facts with you. If something is missing we will ask, and you can reply online. - Program eligibility
Separately, we check your request against the rules of the assistance program, such as location, limits and how recently help was given. - A decision by people
An authorised supervisor makes the decision. You will receive a clear explanation whether the answer is yes, not now, or that more information is needed. - Assistance is delivered
Approved help is usually paid directly to the landlord, utility or supplier, or provided in kind. - Follow-up
We check in afterwards to see how you are doing, and to pray with you if you would like.
You will be asked to sign in or create an account so that you can track your request privately.
