I am the resurrection and the life
“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:”
John 11:25 (KJV)
Today's message
Because Jesus lives, death does not have the last word for those who believe in Him.
Reflection
Jesus spoke these words beside a grave, and then proved them at Lazarus' tomb and at His own.
Practical application
Encourage someone who is grieving with the hope of the resurrection.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, I believe that You are the resurrection and the life. Fill me with living hope. Amen.
